On June 5, 2024 a Membership Meeting for the purpose of electing our Constitutional officers was held.
Debora Husbands, Chairperson of the Election Committee for the Springfield Federation of Paraprofessionals, in accordance with our Constitution, was instructed, by a motion from the floor, that was been seconded, to cast one (1) roll call ballot for each elected office that was unopposed.
Karen Carney has been elected to a two year term for the office of Treasurer for the Springfield Federation of Paraprofessionals on June 5, 2024.
Debora Bys has been elected to a two year term for the office of Secretary for the Springfield Federation of Paraprofessionals on June 5, 2024.
Donna LaPierre has been elected to a two year term for the office of Second Vice President for the Springfield Federation of Paraprofessionals on June 5, 2024.
Kim Thompson has been elected to a two year term for the office of First Vice President for the Springfield Federation of Paraprofessionals on June 5, 2024.
Catherine Mastronardi has been elected to a two year term for the office of President for the Springfield Federation of Paraprofessionals on June 5, 2024.

Building Representatives keep all the members of their buildings updated about union activities and help to make sure that your contractual rights are maintained. If you don't have a building rep at your school you may want to consider taking on that important position.
